I purchased this set 3 months ago. I had to purchase the whole set. Even though I only needed the size 3 and 5. I've had to go back to sears 8 times to replace these 2 sizes because the ends would get rounded out by the hex screw. And yes, I am using the correct sizes for the size screws I use. Just last night the number 3 hex key stripped out on me again. Completely rounded out the tip. And I just had it replaced last week. This wasn't from trying to tighten anything. It was from trying to loosen a screw.

I recently aquired a set of these ball end "T" handle allens. They seem to be holding up quite well compaired to other brands I have purchased in the past.

Excellent quality and feel. They work great for the bolts on most Japanese sportbikes. The ball end is a great feature for akward positions.

Craftsman 7 pc. Metric T-Through Handle Ball End Hex Key Set, Light Gray, #46384 Comfortable Grip. Better torque strength for me. I used a pair of 6" peg hooks to hang them by size in my shop. I used mineral oil on them before I put them on my peg hooks. Outstanding easy opening packaging...Thank you. The bright Gray handle is nice looking. Easy to read size on the handle. 20% of the Craftsman replacement numbers on the hex shank were so small that they were unreadable even with a magnification glass. Bought them on sale before christmas = the set is worth paying full price for and completely awesome on sale. Packaging sucks, but who cares!!!! I cleared a drawer in my roll away for these - picked up metric, SAE and nut drivers - got them all. Craftsman quality and value all the way.

This is a tool that will be invaluable to people needing hex wrenches. The only problem with the wrench is the use in tight places. Other than that, a person will find the wrenches are very easy and handy to use. By having the offset hex, the wrench can now have more leverage than most long arm wrenches. The t-handle can be spun at a rate faster than using a ratchet, for most applications. I own several types of hex wrenches (regular hex, ratchet, insert bit, t-handle). I find my self using the t-handle wrenches more than the others, now that I have used them some. They are well worth the extra money spent from the price of regular hex wrenches.
