The shorts breathe while being a solid enough material to where people can't see what color underwear you have on underneith. I like that it has pockets which is great for when I have keys and a wallet to carry to/ from a workout. I also like the thick/wide seperate drawstring - (its not like the flimsy "loop" drawstring) which offer great support and holds my shorts up and helps keeped my shirt tucked when I'm doing burpees and pushups.
