It is a very light weed wacker, easy to assemble and easy to set up. I like the fact that you can adjust the length, makes it easier to cut and trim. I have only used it for about 15 min., and it still has a good amount of charge left. A real plus factor is it comes with two batteries so while using one you can be charging the second battery. It is very easy to use, unlike my old unit I had to drag a cord around with me, this one is fancy free from that need. It is well worth the price.

I bought this item to cut heavy weeds far from where a corded trimmer would reach. It started off good but only lasted about 20 minutes. I would only recommend this for very light weeds in a small area.

i bought this last summer and had to return in becaue the batteries died after 20 minutes i thought i was doing something wrong so i read and read and ept doing what it said still no luck , i like my gas trimmer way better

I love this Black and Decker Line Trimmer. I used it this morning for the first time and it was amazing how effortless it was and how well it whipped those weed down. I mean weed 5/16ths of an inch were felled like blades of grass. Also, when I moved my finger off the safety it stopped.

Big step up from my corded, electric version. Enough power to handle my trimming/edging with one charge. Have 75x125 lot. Compared to Worx, Craftsman and this seem to be the best deal and most reliable. Torque seems impressive - cuts through some thick ground cover and grass. Only used it a few times though. Will update as necessary.
