Coffee maker doesn't have a stopper to keep coffee from dripping out when the pot is removed. When pot is removed, coffee drips down on the hot plate. If you put the pot back, then the coffee that is bubbling on the burner splashes out onto the counter. Plus, when the coffee is on the bottom of the pot, the pot leaves a mess wherever it is set down. Don't even think of buying the product.

Bought the B&D coffee maker DCM600W at kmart and took it home. When I bought it, I saw it was made in china and some other work done in mexico, so I figured, I was getting "pot luck". Got it home and ran water through it to clean it and then loaded it with coffee. The coffee maker ran real good because the on/off switch is no good and it is in the "on" state all the time. Got to work the coffee maker by sticking the plug in and out of the outlet. For me. No big deal since takingit back would just waste time and gasoline.

The Black&Decker programmable coffee maker is wonderful! It quickly brews the cofee and we love that we can program it. It is one less thing that we have to worry about in our day. Dependable, useful product.

I am not a coffee drinker but I purchased this coffee pot for guests at my house.  It is easy to use and easy to clean.  I love it!

I like the Black & Decker 5 cup coffeemaker because you can make only 1 cup of coffee at a time for work day mornings and up to 5 cups for the weekends. This is the perfect coffee maker for a couple, like my husband & me or a single person. Cleaning is quick & easy.

The black&decker coffee maker is fast for brewing a full pot of coffee that tastes great. easy to clean and easy to use. you can make 12 cups of coffee in under 4 minutes. It comes in the traditional black or white colors only. For the price it is exceptional. I paid $15.00 for it and am very happy.

Coffee is a very important part of my morning and to be able to have a pot of coffee ready in plenty of time before going to work with out getting up half an hour earlier is wonderful. Superior flavor quickly. No burnt taste after 30 minutes which was a real suprise keeps the coffee hot for as long as you have it on with out the burning smell or taste.

I highly recomend this coffee maker if you are looking for an inexpensive variety that brews exceptional coffee!

What a great inexpensive coffee maker! My husband bought this many, many years ago and it is still working today. I first used it to heat up water for tea and hot cocoa, then switched and became a coffee addict. I definitely give this machine 10 stars and would recommend it to anyone on a budget. This is great for college kids as it is small and would do great in a dorm room

This coffeemaker is perfect for small kitchens. It doesn't take up much counter space and has a clean, simple design. The wide water basket makes for spill-proof filling. The coffee basket takes standard filters.The bottom line is that this is a really good little coffee maker. 5 cups is just perfect for me.

We are not big coffee drinkers so we opted to buy the 5-cup model & are very pleased w/this product!  It also has a nice programable feature if you want a hot cup of joe when you first wake up in the morning!

I purchased this item for use on our boat. I takes up very little counter space and works very well. It was also a great value price wise. However it does only make four cups so we do often make a second pot. It doesn't take long so over all we perfer the small footprint.
