One Dish Pork Chop and Potato Bake Recipe
This flavorful baked Pork Chop and Potato dish is a family favorite. It’s a great recipe for chilly winter evenings and pairs well with a salad and rolls.
My boys are big on meat and potatoes. I guess it’s a Southern tradition. We do some lighter meals, but they always get more excited when I have what they call “real food.”
One of our favorite comfort dishes is this Baked Pork Chop and Potato recipe. The extra steps with the seasonings and browning give this recipe an extra ump in the flavor department. Then, it’s baked, so everything is good and tender.
An added bonus is that this baked dish smells fabulous, so the whole house is filled with the aroma of a good home cooked meal. I just put it in the oven and grade papers while the boys do homework, and then in less than an hour we have a hot home cooked meal. Yum!
