From the moment you wake up each morning to the time your children go to bed you are moving at full speed ahead. As a busy parent you don’t have the luxury of easing into the day or taking a nap in the afternoon. It’s inevitable that sometime after lunch you are going to hit a wall.
We all know that food is the primary source of energy for our bodies. Therefore, what you put into your body directly affects how you feel.
