        <p><img src="http://www.starbunks.com/eddie/flat/meal-planning.jpg" alt="Meal Planning for the Averse Mom" title="Meal Planning for the Averse Mom" width="400" height="265" style="float: left; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; border: black 1px solid;" />I have a complaint as it relates to cooking and that is that I HATE it!&#160; I believe it&#8217;s because of this aversion that I&#8217;ve always found it difficult and even stressful some weeks to plan my family&#8217;s dinner menu.&#160;</p>
<p>Not only is it a challenge to make sure I&#8217;m focusing on something that will be healthy enough for my ADHD/Autistic&#160;son, but working around our schedules now that one if not both boys have something related to baseball every evening makes the situation that much more difficult &#8211; not to mention agreeing on something that is acceptable to all four of us.&#160;</p>
<p>But thanks to a few&#160;friends who have been at the SAHM thing longer than I have, I have recently found a few ideas that so far are helping me get more organized as well as saving me time and frustration.&#160;</p>
