Nice jig saw. Works for a variety of applications. Only cons I have is the variable speed is by dial rather than trigger & the plastic debris shield gets too clutered to see the workpiece.

This is one fo those kinds of tools that needs to work every time you need it to and this saw doesn't disappoint! I like the way it handles over the old Skil saw I had that recently died! The new saw handles better and even feels better in the hand. The LED sure does make it nice when you cast shadows on the work piece!

Outstanding product. I was pleasantly surprised how tough this saw feels. Ordered online and picked up at my local Sears store. It took all of 6-7 minutes from start to finish. Can't beat that! Have used online-store pick up in the past and will use it again. Oh yeah, buy this saw!

"Rugged feel" too often missing. Has everything to include vacuum attachment and a "for real" edge guide unlike those used by Sears in the past. This is not a whimp or a toy and it was $10 off. Ordered on-line used merchandise pick up at local Sears when shopping at the mall. In and out with time to enjoy my purchase. Replaces a plastic junk Sears purchase that was part of my wife's dowery.

This Craftsman Jig Saw is perfect for most projects around the house as well as some intricate ones. For the price, you can't beat it with a stick! The Edge Guide comes in handy for making precision cuts, and the fact that you can make Bevel cuts at multiple angles, your craftsmanship is only limited to your imagination! This creative saw also utilizes a multi-speed adjuster for various projects from Wood, Steel to Plastics and Metals. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
