I have had had this trimmer for over a year now and am very impressed with it. I purchased less expensive models previous to this one that didn't have a clutch, so the head would turn always and would turn fast enough that I could do most of my trimming without ever having to use the throttle, which saved on my finger/hand muscles, but I have gotten used to having to use the throttle trigger to make the head rotate and actually like it better because the head doesn't rotate when the trimmer is idling, which makes it safer and less likely to cut things unintentionally. I highly recommend this trimmer.

This trimmer has worked well for me over the last year. I have never owned a four stroke trimmer so I can't compare them to this, but compared to the previous trimmers I've had this one is built quite well. It feels sturdy and the shoulder strap is comfortable enough. If you don't mind dealing with the oil for the premix, this trimmer is a nice one. The only thing I can complain about is that the top spin speed of the head could go a tiny bit faster. However with the slightly reduced head speed I suppose I might be saving a bit more life out of the string. Anyways, It's a good trimmer and has worked well for me.

I bought this trimmer online due to the price. I wanted to pick it up at the store, but it wasn't available at any of my local Sears store. The website told me that I wouldn't receive it in the mail until 2 to 3 days. I received it the very next day. Put it together and put gas and oil mix in and started it right up and trimmed my yard. It came with a shoulder strap, 2 cycle oil, and an easy feed line head. For the money this trimmer is the best. I used to have a Homelite and cost me $100. This trimmer is only $70 more and it is about 4 times better. I researched at *****, **********, *******, ***, and Rural King and Sears blows them at of the water in price. I'm telling you right now that this is the best trimmer in the $0 to $250 range.

This has been a great addition to my yard care tools, even after just a few weeks. It feels considerably more solid than the line trimmers with removeable attachements, without being overly heavy. The fact that it included two different heads, and a padded shoulder strap offer more flexibility than lower priced units.

Fast shipping came undamaged. Put gas and oil in it , installed head and line started on second pull. Very light weight a nice change from old craftsman trimmer. I have used for one year cuts everything i put in front of it. Still starts on second pull. A+++++
