Directions: Poultry Stuffing Preparation: Poultry Weight (Ready-to-Cook) 6-8 Pounds: 1/2 pkg (about 6 cups) stuffing, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup hot water or broth, 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 10-14 Pounds: 1 pkg stuffing, 1 cup melted butter, 2-1/2 cups hot water or broth, 1 cup finely chopped celery, 1 cup finely chopped onion. 15-18 Pounds: 1-1/4 pkg stuffing, 1-1/4 cups melted butter, 3 cups hot water or broth, 1-1/4 cups finely chopped celery, 1-1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 20 Pounds and Over: 1-1/2 pkg stuffing, 1-1/2 cups melted butter, 3-1/2 cups hot water or broth, 1-1/2 cups finely chopped celery, 1-1/2 cups finely chopped onion. Mixing : Pour stuffing into a large mixing bowl. Add sage or poultry seasoning to taste. Saute onion and celery in butter or margarine. Add to stuffing while tossing gently. Stir lightly while adding water or broth. (Amount of liquid may be varied depending on preference for fluffy or more moist stuffing). Spoon stuffing into cavities of poultry, do not pack tightly. Consult cooking chart for time and temperature. (Warning - never stuff poultry the night before - stuff and roast immediately). Casserole or Pan Stuffing: Follow these instructions to bake extra stuffing or to make stuffing as an accompaniment for a meat. Prepare according to instructions given, spoon into a buttering baking dish. Cover and bake 350 degrees F about 30 minutes. If you like a crunchy top, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour [Flour, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), B Vitamins (Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid)], Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup.
