Overall great toaster! With the heat settings dial it is easy to produce just the right temperature and outcome for all toasted items. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this Kenmore 2 slice toaster and could not be happier.  It toasts bagels just right, due to the nine different shade settings and the additional bagel feature.  The defrost feature is nice and works just right to get the waffles ready to toast.  Since I have this item we are constantly using this for our sandwiches, bagels, English muffins and so much more.  The pull out crumb tray makes this easy to keep the inside clean. The black/stainless steal goes well with the rest of the appliances.  I would recommend this as a good toaster to try.  

I am very happy with this toaster. Toasts evenly and the settings are more accurate than most. I was so pleased with this toaster I bought one as a Christmas gift for a family member. I like the look too so that is a plus. Would definetly recommend to others.

Love the lighted dial.found my "sweet spot" for my daily english muffin and I'm a happy guy! Perfectly browned every time..and if I walk away and dont catch it when it pops..the warm button is brilliant! Takes maybe 20 seconds to heat it back up without browning it any more. Very Very Consistent...especially compared to my toaster oven..and the cheap toaster I mistakenly bought before it...Plus got is during a Sears sale for 20 dollars! Well worth it. Obviously I recommend it.

Disappointing.  Broke after only a couple of years.  The slide is connected to the slide bar by really cheap and flimsy plastic which probably outgassed from the heat.  A plastic extension loop wrapped around the slide bar which was designed far too thin and as I said of cheap, crummy plastic.

 I do believe I'll shell out more money & get something reliable like a Krups.  But they're $80 and this cheapie is only $21.  Usual story I guess.  But how much extra would it have cost to use decent plastic?  Or are we looking at that  honorable American capitalist tradition, planned obsolescence, once again?

This is a great toaster, no longer to light or too dark,just right.Now if I can get 10 years out of this toaster like my last one that would be great.

Purchased 04/11/10, and have really enjoyed this toaster compared to other toasters we have owned.  Fast and easy to use.  Does not tear up you bread or bagels.  Wife really likes this toaster.  I like the range of adjustments, which works very well with different thicknesses of bread.

Decided it was time in life to actually put money into a quality toaster.  We had almost bought what was cheapest, but tired of poorly toasted bread and throw-away toasters.  Got online and examined them all - from low to high quality - from inexpensive to absurdly expensive.  Finally landed on this Kenmore.  We've been using it now for a couple months or so, and are very pleased with it.  Didn't cost an arm-and-a-leg, but works like a toaster should.  We like the variety of settings for toasting degrees, as well as being able to select for frozen or bagels (one-sided toasting).  Toasts just right.  And a great value for the money, compared to all the others.  Glad I went with this one!

Hello! I recently purchased this toaster because my old one had broke. I picked this specific toaster because of the relative low price and it's stylish looks; likewise, it is made by a company I trust and am confident in.

As far as taosters go, it can't be beat! It makes my toast -- perfectly -- every single time. Plus, it looks awesome in my kitchen and hardly takes up any counter space. I would definatly recomment this toaster to anyone looking to purchase a new one.
