I felt compelled to write after reading all the negative reviews, and I still bought it based on me trying it in the store. We LOVE and use it all the time. I found it quiter then my old GE, no wobbling or rattleing like one review read. I've already tried all the menu feature buttons for fun and they all cook better then me guessing. Each buttom guides you through the quick questions. It cooked my frozen SMART ONE perfectly, (I timed it, it took 5 min.) I had a tupperware full of beef, potatoes, carrots and beef juice, I lightly covered it, hit 2 buttons (REHEAT, then 3 for casserole.) IT WAS PERFECT. I didn't have to stir it at all. You can hit (200 then start) and it will start right cooking for 2 min. right away. We've cooked bacon using the feature and it's perfect. We've cooked oatmeal using the HOT CEREAL, PERFECT. I have 5 kids, the oldest is 8 and when our GE went out for the 3rd time is less then 2 years we were looking for another brand of MW's. I asked the SEARS associate to plug in the MW before I'd buy it to test it out. I bought the 3 year $20.00 extra just in case we have an electrical storm in INDIANA. The reviews that I read nearly scared me away. I'm glad I didn't listen to them....

We are very happy with the microwave. It's operation is almost exactly like the one replaced and it fits perfectly with our trim accessory. Being able to take advantage of the 30% off sale last Friday (several days after our original purchase) makes it even better!

Needed to replace built-in Mwave from 1980's and this proved to be a great replacement. Large and consistent heating with the revolving shelf. Plenty of easy to use settings. And it was on sale--much less expensive than over-oven build-ins.

I BOUGHT MY LAST MICROWAVE FROM SEARS, SAME MAKE, IT LAST ME 13 YEARS. IF THIS ONE LAST HALF AS LONG I WOULD BE PLEASED.
Bought the microwave Nov 2012, Stopped working March 2013, 4 months later. When it was working, it popped popcorn really well. 99% of kernels popped. Heated food very fast, but it was noisy. I am going to bring it in for service. Hope it lasts longer after the repair.

Love how much internal space this microwave has and that it's interior is rounded, offering even more room. I haven't had it that long, so I'm hoping it lasts longer than my last microwave, which was also a Kenmore similar to this.
