19.8 cu. ft. doesn't sound like much room but the design of this fridge makes it seem like a 27.0 cu. ft. one. It has a great lay out and everything stays fresh longer than our GE and our Maytag fridges ever did. We picked ours up on an amazing sale, so it was well worth the price.
There are some cons, in my opinion:
The water dispenser could have been developed alot better, and is on the new version. This one will about break your thumb as you have to press very hard and wait, and wait, and wait as it fills your glass. The water is very cold and very refreshing so it's worth the wait and pressure blisters. Also the tray divider would have been better if it locked better. If you do overfill, then you'll see what I mean. Also, it has your older style ice machine with tub. I'd rather have a built-in automatic ice machine, like you see on side-by-side models. Seems like a brushed metal rather than true stainless steel but it's my first one so I could be wrong.
Still, all of the tracks work very well, even with heavy loads in the drawers. It has a great water filter system. Very easy controls to set temperatures. And very quiet design. Even lets you know if you left the fridge door open! I would highly recommend.

Non of the shelves adjust to standard bottles or food packaging. The lower level shelves are useless if you need to lower them, they don't go all the way. The door shelves will not hold a standard soda bottle, it comes flying out, there is nowhere in the refrigerator to put a bottle of wine(the hight will not fit). The vegetable drawers are so small, two heads of lettuce will not fit. To use the water dispenser you need to use two hands, the button is on top of the dispenser instead of the bottom so you can press the glass against it for a one hand operation. The freezer drawer is cheap and difficult to open and close. The stainless is cheap and creased poorly around the edges. Sorry I purchased it. Do not buy this.

I haven't been able to fill this refrigerator yet, having it a year and preparing for several holidays and parties. Due to the consistent and accurate temp settings EVERYTHING stays fresher much longer, even organic meats and fruit. Love the inside water dispenser as I don't like having water and ice in the door; although for the placement in my kitchen the water would be more convienent on the opposite side. The ice maker is excellent and I have 2 extra bags of ice I've bought for parties and never needed to use because this ice maker kept up w/the demand. The freezer space is a little tight...I don't keep much in the freezer and it's a good thing because this one would be too small for anyone that needs space for more than a week's worth of anything. If you buy fresh, this is the unit for you.
