Kodak ESP C310 All-in-One Printer

Whatever you do DO NOT buy a this product or any other Kodak easy share printer. This product failed before I even got 6 months use. Kodak sent another, it failed also. I'm now on the third printer and because it's been a year since my original purchase they refuse to repalce.

One month after the one year warranty ran out, the printer crashed--"printhead cartridge jam"-- and there it stayed. I went online and downloaded all the firmware and software they claimed I needed to fix the printer. Nothing. I spoke to an online customer service rep (35 minutes) and she made me go through everything again. Nothing. Finally I was told: "You are correct ma'am, your printer does seem to be broken." Now I have a 30% off coupon and they want me to buy the same printer again. I haven't decided if it's worth the hassle to try again with this printer. Another case of planned obsolesence if you ask me.

I recently purchased this printer at the advice of a friend. I do alot of printing and was always complaining about the cost of ink. This printer cost me only $60 and came with full ink cartridges!!! That is what I was paying for ink alone for my other name brand printer. The best part is that the refill ink for this printer is only $9.99!!!!! That is for each, and you need a black and a color. $20 for both. Can't beat that! Also, since K-mart is the only store that I have found that carries this, I always use the Shop Your Way Rewards Card and get points for my purchases. Eventually those points add up and turn in to CASH OFF at the register. Bottom Line is--- if you print alot than you know the cost of ink and this is definatly the best I've found!!!!!!

I have bought several brands of Printers and the Kodak beats them all hands down. Easy to setup and use. Prints better than all the others and uses half the ink, at half the cost. Photos are as good as you can get.

Works well as a regular printer, but the ipad connection is spotty. Worth the money though.

Needed a printer for my mother in law who is not technically proficient. The installation was a breeze and with a short explanation of the features she was able to get started. She hasn't called me back so if she can use it anyone can use it.

Easy on ink, easy to use, good quality; what else is there to ask for? It's a little hard to set up, but once you got it installed, it's easy to use.

I just bought the printer about 3 weeks ago. It was easy to install, had a little bit of a problem hooking up the wifi, but our cable guy actually got it hooked up. The cost of the ink is the biggest perk of the printer.I have nothing bad to say about my printer, other than its not really the one i wanted.

I like this printer for the display window and the easy to install walk you right through steps.

I decided to wait a while to write a review and happy I did. At first I was extremely excited about this printer. I went from an old HP dinosaur that had spending about $80 on ink, to this Kodak. In the beginning this printer worked like a charm (2 month time period). Then school let out for winter break and I no need to use it... Replaced the ink when school started and started getting mysterious paper jams... I was told to to try different brands of paper in it, which I did and they all jammed... Checked for everything Kodak told me too and it still will not work!!! I am an undergraduate and desperately rely on my printer... I am waiting for a replacement, I was told it would take 3-8 days... It has now been 5 so I'm hoping it comes, but from what I've read they don't always send them out when they say they are, and you don't always get them... Oh it goes through ink super fast, though it might only $10, if you are replacing your cartridge every month are you saving any money???
