I have used always pads, but they don't compare to Kotex. I have sensitive skin. I like the fact that most of Kotex products are unscented. I also have heavy days that this product helps a lot with. They have the balance that is needed when you need it. I would recommend this product to people that have heavy flow days and need the protection.
