Overall, this is a nice unit. But it's funny how after a couple of weeks of use, some of the shortcomings have come forward. The double doors on top were nice, we initially thought. In use, if you open only the left one, neither will close properly and smoothly. (Tip: set the door alarm so when it doesn't close properly at least you will know before the contents all go warm). The shelves on the left door (due to the ice maker being behind it) are so narrow only a bottle of salad dressing will fit. An opened bottle of wine won't stand up anywhere--unless you make one giant shelf in the middle. We liked the long drawer for storing deli goods, but to open it, you must open both doors. All that said, frankly the best part was the Sears delivery team. As we didn't realize that our departing or arriving refridgerator could fit through to its destination smoothly, it took four guys (and two "spotters") to handle the job by lifting over the counter! I thought I would need to blast a hole in the wall and push it through the garage but the lead guy said his team could handle the job--and they did with superlative effort and good humor. That's why I will return to Sears again (and again)

Worked great for about a year, then someone closed the left door with the flap closed. This broke a small clip that requires a complete left door replacement. Very poor design.

Replaced older, larger unit but able to store more in this unit. Easy to access to most items either with the storage in the door, sliding shelves or freezer drawer. Looks great plus it's nice and quiet too.

I've only had it for about a week, but it seems like a very nice fridge. I kind of wish the bottom deli drawer in the fridge section was divided in half so you didn't have to open both doors to access it. The other drawers are very convenient. I also wish the second ice maker in the bottom was an option, since we don't need it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it so far.

We are still trying to get used to it. we just had a party and the size is great. but the shelves need a little more engineering. a Gal. of milk or two liter bottle does not fit quite right. on main shelves. or right door. and the shelves on the left door are 1/4 not deep enough.

There is no place to put eggs. You have to open both refrigerator doors to open any of the drawers inside the refrigerator section. You have to use the handles to open a door if you want to open the 2nd door after you have already opened the first door. These are annoyances. Still, the quality, at least so far, is everything I expected from LG. I would probably make the same or similar purchase again. The annoyances show up after you get it home.

Purchased all new LG appliances with a new kitchen remodel and 2 of the four are already broken just over a year later (right outside of the warranty of course!). Microwave needed replacement of temp sensor and whole "board". A few months later ice maker totally stopped making ice. Disappointed LG .. . ..

This fridge made the most sense for our family. It had the most sensible storage, well lit, and easy to use controls. Plus it made my wife very happy, big improvement over our old fridge. The 2nd ice maker is a blessing when the in-laws show up! The only issue we've had is the scratching of the stainless surface when dispensing water and ice. Recommend applying automotive "clear bra" to protect these areas from scratches.

What I love about this refrigerator, the size and the drawers keep my food at the right temp. It is also very well lit, the lighting is so even through out the refrig. The second ice maker is great, we never run out of ice. The only thing I don't like is: I use glass glasses and when you get water or ice you are leaving scratches on the stainless stain. We try to put our finger behind the glass so it does not scratch it, but we realized this a little to late :(
