The description of the photo frame is very misleading. It does not state it is dependant upon AT&T cell service, of which we do not have due to poor network coverageand living in the mountains. It does not state that one has to purchase additional e-mail photos in order to keep using it, if one can use it, and a wi-fi-adapter has to be purchased in order for the wi-fi function to work, which would overcome the lack of cell service. So we have a moderately priced photo frame. Not what was advertised, but not too bad on the whole if all you want is a photo frame. I called tech support to see if I could make it work and spoke to a young kid who could not help and was not that motivated to help. I think they should supply a wi-fi adapter if the cell part of it does not work, but tech support was not interested in satisfying me. Make sure AT&T cell service works where you intend to use the photoframe and be prepared to buy additional photos that are sent to the frame.

Pictures show up good quality, but nowhere on the Sears site when I ordered (kept a print-out) did it say that you have to be in an AT&T service area to get your photos (which I am not) that are e-mailed to the frame. You also have to purchase those photos. Another fact that was left out when I bought this frame. Also did not hold the 6,400 pics advertised on the box.

I am pretty proud of this purchase! I thought that it would bring the wireless adapter but it does not. The product is really good, and looks pretty. For $33 it is definitely worth it, I actually bought 2. I am not sure if I would pay the original price though, I guess I would go for a cheaper one.

i never use the email photo upload function, just as a normal digital photo frame. it worth the price. just ok. I like it.

Bought this as a retirement gift. Read several other reviews and looks like it will do nicely for the person. They travel alot and it enables their family to keep in touch while they are away. Just plug in and give the email address to everyone. Then accept photos as they are received. Standard fees apply for those sending the messages from their cell phones etc. Spoke with the PanDigital person and he was very helpful even though I called the incorrect dept. The built in technology by AT&T creates its own wifi so it can be used almost anywhere. No extra fees or anything on the part of the user unless you go over the 300 received pictures, then can purchase additional plans which are not too bad. 100 for 19.99 up to 400 for 29.99.
