We purchased a Samsung Blu Ray 3D player along with a 46-inch Samsung 3D TV. I can't believe how easy it was to set up the player. It took long to take it out of the box than it did to set it up. In 5 minutes, we were watching our first 3D movie! I had never used a Blu Ray player before, and none of my friends have a 3D model. So, I was on my own. This is a wonderful product and a very good buy!

The first player that was shipped to us did not work. Yes we tried updating the firmware but it would not play any discs. Fortunately Sears made it easy and fast to exchange it for another player. The second player has played all the discs we have tried. We are having trouble streaming video with Netflix. I can watch Netflix on my desktop, on my laptop and on my Samsung unc7000 TV but not on the Blu Ray player. I can only guess that there is some problem with the firmware as initially I had the same stopping and starting problem with the Tv until Samsung issued an update to it(the TV).

We purchased the Samsung Blu Ray player taking advantage of sale. We were unsure if we would notice a difference in quality, but we instantly did. The Blu Ray Player, not only enhance the picture of the movies, but it also speed up the time it took to start and skip through the movie. We also liked the appearance of the Blu Ray Player. Great purchase!

This is the best player you can buy if you are looking for a good deal. It does everything and anything you could want it to do. I got this player when I got my samsung 650. I didn't get one that was wireless because my tv came with the samsung wireless adapter. The video quality on this was much more than i expected. i really got the wow factor i wanted.

This unit is just what my 3D HDTV needed. I can't believe the color range and great picture. There's no need for me to go to the movies anymore...I have a better picture at home! I would definately recommend this! The Samsung brand will certainly last a long time.
