E-mails You Will Receive
After you place your order, you will receive two e-mails about your order. Below are examples of these e-mails:
- Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
- Order Ready For Pickup. This e-mail lets you know that your order is ready for pickup at your specified location in the Bloomingdale Kmart Store,Atrium, or for pickup at the Curbside/Drive-Up. You must bring and show a copy of this email when you pick up your order. No orders will be released without this email. All orders must be picked up within 2 business days. Keep a copy of this email for your records.
Below are examples of other e-mails you may receive:
- Reminder Order Pickup. This e-mail will be sent if your order is not picked up within a 24-hour period.
- Order Cancelled. This e-mail will be sent if you have not picked up your order within two business days. Your order will be cancelled.
- Important Notice About Your Order. This e-mail will be sent if we have difficulty processing your order. Should you receive this email, please contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at service@mygofer.com
- Standing Order 2-Days Before Reminder Email. You will receive a reminder to check the list of items in your standing order 2 business days before your scheduled delivery. You can rely on this email as a reminder to add or remove items, update quantities of items, or edit your delivery schedule.
