What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?

Method Location
U.S. Postal Service There are no shipping charges for magazines and Gift Cards. Charges for shipping to APO/FPO addresses are based upon the weight of the order.
UPS Charges are based upon the weight of the order. For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, a $10 charge is added for Expedited shipping and a $15 charge is added for Premium shipping.
Freight Carrier Delivery Special handling prices are determined based upon your location, item dimensions, and item weight.

When Will My Order Arrive?

UPS Shipped Items

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at its destination. For Standard shipping, the time varies based on the distance your order is traveling but typically takes one to five business days. Expedited shipping time is generally two business days, based upon the time of day you place your order. Premium shipping time is generally one business day, based upon the time of day you place your order. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

The anticipated arrival date is reflected on the shipping options page or by using the shipping calculator on the product page.

Freight Carrier Delivery

You will be notified of your delivery date and a 4-hour delivery window. If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, we will arrange another date. Typically, Special Handling items will be delivered in 7-12 business days. Freight carriers may not enter your house or provide any setup services.
