For the price of this light i guess you really can't go wrong. Everyone that has seen it so far has said it's really nice, it looks good in our game room. It's not very heavy so hanging it was easy once i got hooks that would actually allow me to hang it correctly. This light comes with covers that go up against your ceiling that will cover the hooks and they really look good. the problem that i had was finding hooks that were small enough to allow the covers to go up against the ceiling that i felt comfortable enough to support the light cause as we all know its gonna get hit and start swinging around. The light also did not come with light bulbs like the desription said it would. I probably wouldn't of used them anyways cause i already had planned to use the round almost softball sized cfl bulbs. The one thing that i'm really not happy about is that no instructions were included. While hanging the light was no problem you really need to know the specs of the fixture, ie: rated wattage of bulbs that it can handle and warranty info. Another thing that i was really suprised to see when i opened the box was plastic shades. While i can live with it and they are flexible enough that you don't have to worry about breaking them or bending them, i was expecting them to be made of metal. Oh well So i think you can see why i only gave it 3 stars. If it wasn't for not having the directions or light bulbs i probably would have atleast given it a 4 star rating cause it is a good looking light.
